Monica Morales Urrabazo

Monica grew up on the south side of San Antonio and is a graduate of Burbank High School.  She is also a graduate of St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  She received her Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, and has since made a career of her specialty in bankruptcy law and debtors’ rights.  She returned to San Antonio in 2005 after living in Houston and practicing bankruptcy law in Houston and Corpus Christi.  She is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and is licensed to practice before all Texas courts and in the federal courts of the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
